Rebecca Cuthill

Rebecca Cuthill worked for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, created to investigate and prosecute serious war crimes that took place during the conflicts in the Balkan's in the 1990s, for nearly 10 years.

Rebecca has considerable experience working with their Outreach program- dedicated to reaching out to those people most affected by the crimes and communicating the work and relevance of the Tribunal to the public of the countries that make up this region. The programme also aims to communicate to the people of the former Yugoslavia the importance of holding accountable individuals who violate international humanitarian law and the significance of rendering justice to victims.

Before heading overseas, Rebecca spent a number of years at SBS TV and Radio in Sydney. Rebecca currently works as Manager of the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal, the official fundraising arm of the Save the Tasmanian Devil Program that is coordinated by the UTAS Foundation.
