From the School of Social and Political Sciences at Melbourne University, Professor Capling is an expert in trade policy, the multilateral trade system, and global economic governance. She is a member of the Warwick Commission established in 2007 to examine the global trading system and make recommendations about its future shape and direction. Recent books include All the Way with the USA: Australia, the US and Free Trade and Australia and the Global Trade System: From Havana to Seattle.
